Informing Obligation of the Data Controller of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”) published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677, which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data We aim to inform you about your personal data processed by MALATYA COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE (MTB) with this Clarification Text, pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation, published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356, with the article 10 entitled ”.

  The following personal data are processed within the scope of your relationship with MTB;

  • Your Identity Information: name, surname, place of birth, date of birth, age, gender, photo, ID and ID number;

  • Your Education, Work and Professional Life Data: employment history, employer name, graduated school, professional competencies, CV information, military service status;

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

According to your relationship with MTB and within this scope, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes.

4. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data; Within the scope of the provisions of the Law on the transfer of personal data, for the purposes set forth in Article 3 of this Clarification Text; It can be shared with legally authorized public official institutions and organizations, law enforcement, courts and enforcement offices, third-party real and legal persons, service provider companies and their officials, business partners, banks, affiliates, suppliers and support service providers in the country and abroad.

5. COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS OF PERSONAL DATA

MTB collects your personal data from you, partnerships, affiliates, solution partners with whom we cooperate or have a contractual relationship, from third parties and legal authorities during your contact with Borsa İstanbul and/or during the establishment of your legal relationship and during the continuation of the said relationship. , mobile applications, social media and other public channels or organized trainings, organizations and similar events in order to provide the above-mentioned purposes and services within the framework stipulated in the provisions of Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the Law.

6. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON whose PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed; requesting information about it,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting the notification of these processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the data owner by analyzing the processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

Within the scope of the above-mentioned rights, you can submit your related requests with a petition, by using the electronic mail (KEP) address registered with the notary public, via the address [email protected], by using your e-mail address previously notified to our Association and registered in our systems, by using the e-mail address located in the "Link" address. or by filling in the "Application Form About Personal Data" available at our General Secretariat.
Personal applications to be made within this scope will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us; Your requests will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature. In case of a written response to the application, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages. For each page over 10 pages, the processing fee specified in Article 7 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles may be charged to the Data Controller. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, a fee may be charged in the amount of the cost of the recording medium.
