Türkiye REGISTERED EMPLOYMENT PROJECT II (BMZ II) - EMPLOYMENT COMMITMENT SME FINANCING SUPPORT PROGRAM.

The Employment Commitment SME Financing Support Program, implemented within the scope of the Turkey Registered Employment Project II (BMZ II), funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), managed by the KfW Development Bank, and implemented by KOSGEB, provides SMEs with loans up to 2 million TL through participating banks and financing support (grants) up to 15,000 Euros from KOSGEB, depending on their employment commitments.

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the following provinces can benefit from the Support Program: Adana, Adıyaman, Ankara, Batman, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kilis, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Osmaniye, and Şanlıurfa.

SMEs operating in the following sectors according to the NACE classification can benefit from the support:

Section C - Manufacturing,
Section 62 - Computer programming, consulting and related activities,
Section 72 - Scientific research and development activities.

Loan Amount: 1,900,000 TL – 2,000,000 TL
Loan Term: 24 - 36 months
KGF Guarantee: KGF guarantee for 80% of the loan amount
Loan and Support Payment Period: 3-month periods
Banks Accepting Program Applications:

Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB),
Garanti Bankası

Support Amount: €2,000 per payment period, and if at least one of the employed personnel is a woman or young person, the support amount is €2,500 per payment period.
Support Upper Limit: €15,000
Support/Payment Currency: Euro
Support Period: min. 24 months
Employment Criteria: 1+1 Employment
One of the employees must be a Turkish Citizen, and the other must be a Foreigner under Temporary or International Protection.
At least one of the employees must be a new employee.
Number of SGK premium days to be paid for each employee in every 3-month period: minimum 46
For the personnel subject to the employment commitment to be considered new personnel, they must have been employed in the business on or after the program announcement date.
The individuals subject to the employment commitment must be employed full-time.

The business must maintain a minimum of three times the total number of social security contribution days of the month with the lowest number of social security contribution days in the 12 months preceding the program announcement date, in each 3-month period.
