Imported bread wheat (code 1534, protein content 12.5%) from TMO stocks will be sold to flour and bulgur factories on a cash basis, based on actual consumption (1 month's supply), at a price of 13,500 TL/Ton excluding VAT and handling fees (a handling fee of 150 TL/Ton will be applied to imported wheat sales from ports). Applications and allocation procedures for sales will be carried out through the TMO Electronic Purchase and Sale Platform (ELASP), and product deliveries will be made by ship. Users (flour and bulgur factories) purchasing imported wheat are required to purchase at least the same quantity of 2023 crop bread wheat (from TMO warehouses or ELÜS stock) after this instruction. Since sales deliveries will be made by ship, deliveries will begin after the ships arrive at the ports. After the allocation results are announced, companies that have paid the product price will learn the probable arrival dates of the ships from our Port Directorates and will arrange their delivery schedules and vehicles accordingly. Allocations of companies that have paid the product price but do not collect their products from the ship within the delivery date range will be cancelled, and the product prices will be refunded. All companies applying will be required to provide a current, approved certificate of activity from their respective Chambers of Commerce and Industry, demonstrating that they are still in operation.
