As Malatya Commodity Exchange, we continue our work to increase the knowledge and competencies of our members in the process of participating in public tenders.

In this direction, within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between TOBBUYUM Dispute Resolution Center and Public Procurement Authority (KİK) on April 10, 2025, comprehensive trainings will be organized on Public Procurement Legislation and tender contract practices.

The trainings will be carried out by Public Procurement Authority experts, and participants who are successful in the exam to be held at the end of the training will be given a certificate approved by the Public Procurement Authority.

Due to the continuous updating of Public Procurement Legislation; it is of great importance for the relevant personnel of our companies, institutions and organizations participating or planning to participate in tenders to receive these trainings.

A webinar will be organized to inform about the content and details of the training program.
