The Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, has issued the Eleventh Call for Applications on June 2, 2026, for investments to be implemented under the Rural Development Programme (IPARD III 2021-2027), which is the Rural Development Component of the European Union's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) on behalf of the Republic of Turkey.

This call for applications concerns applications to be submitted by businesses wishing to invest under the IPARD III Programme for support. The total support budget to be distributed to investments to be supported under this call for applications is 30 million Euros, and this budget will be used for investments to be made in all 81 provinces.

Applications will be accepted starting from June 12, 2026.

The Online Project Application System will close on July 13, 2026, at 18:00, and the deadline for submitting applications is July 20, 2026, at 18:00.
